Register for UK PostBox, choose the free plan, and recharge when you have mail or packages. You will get two addresses:
Postal Address is used as the mailing address for receiving mail (the mailing address when applying for a Wise physical card)
Parcel Address is used for sending packages (can be used to register the residential address when registering for Wise)

First, register an account with your Chinese passport for real-name authentication, and then change the residential address using the Parcel Address from UK PostBox.
- If there is no other way to deposit funds into Wise, I used ICBC for cross-border remittance. In the mobile client's foreign exchange purchase and sale section, I first purchased GBP and remitted 20 pounds (telegraph fee of 70 yuan, handling fee of 40 yuan 🙃). When remitting, make sure to double-check the remittance information provided by Wise and don't fill it in incorrectly. The funds will be credited the next day after submission, so pay attention to the email.
- Download the English statement for backup
- After changing to a UK address, if needed, you can apply for a Wise virtual card, which can be linked to Apple Pay.
